Buyer Beware! Returns & customer service nightmare.

Watch out! This company is very poorly managed. It is an unprofessional, to say the least. It's a very small operation. The owner runs it via a very low-grade (one or two person) call center, and the items are shipped directly from the suppliers. When an item needs to be canceled, the owner will deliberately "not receive" the email or phone information. Then you will have to fight for "permission" to return any unwanted items. Do not expect timely returned calls or emails. I did eventually get the item I ordered, and I got it refunded after involving the Better Business Bureau. You'll have better luck on Amazon, seriously.

Worst customer service

I've been working in customer service for years and it takes a lot to make me mad but this company is HORRIBLE!! I ordered a collar 3 weeks ago and still havn't received any information. I called today 3 times to see if it has shipped. Everytime they say they are looking into and will call me back. Finally the owner called and I said I wanted to cancel my order she said "No" midway through our phone call she started calling me Brandi when she knew my name was Brittany. Anytime I asked a question she would repeat the same thing saying she would call me back and that I could not cancel my order. This is the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Stay far far away from this site!!! I wish I had read the reviews before I wasted $100!

ProKennel... Let me add to the long list

I really should have read the company reviews before I placed an order with this company. Now I'll add one more to the growing list of complaints against this woman. I ordered my pet's medication through ProKennel, which required my vet's approval. 10 days go by and I've yet to hear anything. I've ordered through 1-800PetMeds before and they have always contacted me if they are unable to contact my vet so I know that my vet is familiar with other company's requests. Trying to save a dime, I find ProKennel with wonderfully cheaper prices on the same medication so (*** me) I place an order. Allison Allen tells me on 2 separate occasions that my order has been shipped and she will email me tracking information. Well, of course, I never receive anything. After the 14th day goes by and no medication, I tell her to cancel my order. Allison proceeds to tell me that the order has been shipped and cannot be canceled. I again ask for tracking information but (of course) she can't find it. She proceeds to tell me that if I dispute the charge with my credit card company, she will report me for fraud. After this lovely conversation, she has the audacity to send me an email saying that she pulled up my information and the reason she hasn't shipped my package is because my vet never approved the order. ***, YOU JUST TOLD ON YOURSELF!! So, not only did you lie about shipping my order, you now have pretty much admitted that you shipped me medication WITHOUT my vet's approval, which would be ILLEGAL!!! So, which was I supposed to believe??? Anyway, I've never done anything like this before because I've never had to deal with such an unprofessional joke of a company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WOMAN OR PROKENNEL!!!!

Don't use Pro Kennel

I ordered my dogs medication on 3/18. They debited my acct. for the entire amt. 219.00 the following day. It is now 3/27....no meds. I called yesterday and spoke with a woman with a very heavy accent. She said we will send an email tracking etc. Nothing received. I asked to speak with her supervisior. Enter Allison. Allison is obviously frustrated and has a hostile way of communicating. She said she would send an email confirmation. I asked her to call instead. I didn't hear anything either way. Today I called my bank to dispute the charge. They called with me on the line. Immediately Allison came up with a tracking number for my package. So, almost 10 days later they are shipping my product. I won't deal with them anymore. My dog has been without medications for several days. I did order medications from another online company this morning as well, they have a high customer rating. So I have 500.00 floating in cyberspace and no meds. Pro Kennel is not worth the frustration.

The day I receive this bag sipper got stuck, is cheap, and this is the answer.. :upset I am the owner of ProKennel, I want you to pay close attention to this email Iam sending you.

I tried to tell you this on the phone but you kept talking over me.

To return that Pet Bag, if the zipper is not working properly send a photo to me through email in a return email, if the zipper is not working Snoozer will arrange a pick up for this and we can credit this back.

If the zipper is not broken I need for you to respond to me in this email , I will need to send to you a return authorzation number to return that, if you send this back with out following the above recommendations then we cannot take this back it will be returned to you, Have someone read this with you to understand this

Do not use pro kennel,,,,, Buy a transportin to carry my dog. full pay and received a very poor quality transportin.

pay $ 149.95 and the day I received it, the sipper got stuck. and is of very poor quality.

I called several times and they do not want RECEIVE back. :(

I sue if I don't give my money back.

It will take 12 days to get my order. i called 2 times and emailed 3 times and then had threaten them with the B.B.B.

after all that then they just shipped it.

should have got it in 5 days at the most. Never order bad bad.

Don't order from PROKENNEL!

ITS BEEN OVER 10 DAYS AND NOT A WORD CALLED THEM 2 TIMES AND STILL NO TRACKING # MY DOG IS SUFFERING WITH OUT HIS MEDS AND NO MORE MONEY TO GET ANY, IM CALLING B.B.B IM SO TRYED OF GETING RIPED OFF ONLINE! i had the same prob with Entirely pets im thinking this might be the same co? well off to write more bad reivews on this. bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad co. bad bad bad bad bad bad co. bad bad bad bad ba d bad bad bad co. bad bad bad bad co!!!!!

I am also having trouble with ProKennel. Allison Allen gave me a tracking number for Newgistics Shipping claiming the package was shipped.

After a couple days of checking the tracking number and only seeing the status as in transit I called Newgistics who advised me they had received the electronic request for shipping but never actually received the package. I am now in the process of trying to get in touch with Allison. She's never in the office it seems. This is really poor business behavior.

Lesson learned the hard way.

On another note I have never had trouble with Entirely Pets. I am currently awaiting another shipment from them and do expect to receive it very soon.

From a clinic's viewpoint- "Allison" AKA Prokennel is a fraud

Allison/Prokennel called our clinic. She was very cryptic about who she was & demanded we authorize a prescription since we "screwed up the first time." Apparently we gave our client a written prescription for Heartgard instead of the Interceptor he requested. My receptionist tried desperately to understand the situation and explained we had no notes & would need to contact the client, but then handed the call over to me, a supervisor. I again told this prokennel rep that I would have to get permission from the client before authorizing or even discussing the pet's medication (we respect our client's privacy). I went so far as to admit that just because we had no notes, didn't necessarily mean the client didn't request the medication- I just had to make sure. This woman was in such a hurry to have it done immediately- it made me highly suspect. When I wouldn't give in, she kept saying, "So, I'm going to call this person and tell them you refused to correct the situation." I finally just hung up on the woman & called our client. The client confirmed their wishes for Interceptor through this company & I called in the RX (to the same woman) within 3 minutes of talking to prokennel. Had I seen all the horrible reviews, I would have given our client a heads up. Now that I know, our clinic will be aware for our clients. We (a vet) respond same-day to ALL Rx requests. Think about it, if we didn't, our clients would be irate. They have the right to shop around for meds; we don't hold that against anyone. Note to Prokennel: poor service loses business. You can't be rude to anyone if you value your rep.

To ship or Not to ship! ProKennel Medical

Allison refuses to refund my money. She did finally ship, which I sent return to sender. I have made a complaint with the BBB, which she has several complaints. She still refuses to refund my money even though I don\'t have any product.

I have my credit card company requesting the credit to the card. She is still refusing. This woman and her business are evil, DONT DO BUSINESS.

I should get my money back soon, it\'s 171.99! Nice it is being held over a month.

I tried to use ProKennel to order medication for my dog. I made my order and gave my vets information for the prescription. Well 10 days later I had to call them as I still have not received my product. I got no answer and left a message. They never called me back. I called again and got a bunch of lies like my vet did not approve it till just now, and vets don't approve them timely as they don't like online medical businesses and want to sell themselves. All lies. So Now I left an email with them and I finally got an email from Allison who again said they JUST got the approval and will ship out in the next DAY OR TWO. WHAT! Are these people in business? So I have no more pills for my dog and need to drive back to my vet and get some. DONT used them. I hope I get my money back over 180 dollars for 90 pills!
